Alumni Work Weekends
Memorial & Columbus Day Weekends
Come one, come all!! Calling all Blackfeet, Comanches, Directors and others who are willing to put in some hours of labor for “The Camp that we love”.
Camp Winnataska will begin hosting Alumni Work Weekends annually on Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekends. Weekends will start Saturday morning with Continental breakfast and end Sunday afternoon. Meals will be $25 per person 10 or older. Reservations must be made in advance so we can prepare for food.
For 2007 the Memorial Day Weekend will be May 26-27 and Columbus Day Weekend will be October 6-7. Project leadership will be provided. If you have a particular interest, contact Bill Peeples, Facilities Chair, at BPeeples1041@aol.com
Families are welcome but children must be supervised. Alumni will stay in Mainside huts so bring your bedding and pillow! Bring work tools, durable clothes, etc. There will be swimming available after the work is done and night activity that is family-friendly.
